pills dont work, have a lot of side effects and are expensive, fix your diet(cut carbs if you eat too much) and replace with fruits and veggies and start working out

I have tried just about every over the counter weight loss pill available. Not one of them actually worked. I finally got off the diet pill merry-go-round (and gave my wallet a break) and found that I lost at exactly the same rate NOT taking diet pills as I was when I was taking them. Many of them state “You can lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks!” With healthy eating and exercise, guess what? You can lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks. The average weight loss goal is 1-2 pounds a week. Why take a diet pill if you can lose the same amount of weight without them? The only one who benefits from weight loss pills is the company selling them.

Allow me to be completely honest, I suffered from obesity all my life, and that forced me to try every store bought weight loss product there was and I never saw any results. There’s no quick fix for weight loss, but it doesn’t have to be hard either. As long as you find a healthy way of losing weight. I don’t know if you pay attention to the labels but most of them say you get results when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. So keep doing what your doing and find a diet that actually helps you lose weight fast.
