I suggest swimming. It puts little stress on your joints. Also, could you somehow exercise your arms? Rowing (on a machine) could give you a workout.

Hi there is an exercise in YOGA called as Kapal Bhatti … it is similar to pranayam or breathing exercie .. You are required to sit in a comfortable position and the inhale air into the lungs and exhale with sucha force that your stomach acts as a pump to push the complete air out.. You can do this around 60 times in 2 minutes.. you will feel the catch in your stomach at the end of this.. This is very usefull … Also look out for a boiled vegetable diet.. no sugar no salt… and see how you lose weight in 10 days..

Have you talked to your doctor? With your condition, I wouldn’t rely on what others here have to say. Your doctor would know what is best for you, and can possibly recommend a personal trainer in your area that specializes in this kind of training.

Unless you are on a special diet for your condition, you can start by eating right. Eat plenty of proteins and good carbs, and cut out the fatty foods and refined sugars from your diet. Keep track of everything you eat, and cut back from there. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, try to eat 5 to 6 smaller meals. Don’t eat until your full, just eat enough so your no longer hungry. And drink lots of water.

One other note to tell you: Typing in all caps on the Internet is the equivalent to shouting, and some people may get offended by it.
